Just because something has been accepted by beauracrats and society, doesn’t mean that courts won’t try to legislate from the bench.
When homeschoolers in California were threatened that homeschooling was illegal unless parents were credentialed teachers, some panicked, some took political action and others started thinking about moving.
Eventually, the political leaders and courts decided that homeschool teachers could perform their duties within the confines of the law if they were designated a private school. But somebody dares to question these so-called authorities and asks them to consider why parents would WANT to homeschool in the first place.
